This is a dessert pasta and goes well with a variety of toppings.
Gently boil the chocolate pasta until tender. Drain, but never rinse ANY pasta, and allow to cool just a bit until warm, not hot. Now you can drizzle crushed raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or any fruit of your choosing over the warm pasta. We then add freshly whipped cream or homemade ice cream to top off the dish. Another wonderful idea that we demonstrated for Fox 11 News was to use an espresso balsamic vinegar drizzled over the warm chocolate pasta! Any fruited balsamic vinegar is delicious!!
