Chocolate Tagliatelle with Gorgonzola Sauce and Pistachio

20 Minutes for Prep and Cooking. Serves 2.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 3 oz. Gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 1 oz. pistachios, chopped
  • Italian Sausage (optional)

Cooking Directions:

  • In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add Flour and whisk until smooth.
  • Add milk and whisk until sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and add gorgonzola. Stir until melted.
  • If sauce is too thick, thin it with 1 tbsp of milk at a time.
  • Add cooked pasta. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
