RETAIL STORE CLOSING JANUARY 1, 2026

As the New Year approaches, our small business is reflecting
on this past year to help us create a focused plan for 2026.

Our retail store has been operating since June 2023, which
started out of a request from customers at the local farmer’s market to find
our pasta (specifically ravioli) year-round. At the time, we had very limited
wholesale accounts that carried our ravioli. Our retail store allowed access to
our ravioli, as well as the opportunity for us to talk directly with customers
- an opportunity we often don’t get as a primarily wholesale business.

This year, we’ve increased the number of wholesale accounts
that carry our ravioli. We anticipate continuing to expand ravioli wholesale
offerings in early 2026 with some recent production updates we’ve implemented
to increase efficiency.

There are also many amazing businesses locally that carry
our dried pasta! These retail businesses do it the best. If there’s something
small business ownership has taught us, it’s to not spread ourselves too thin
and to focus on what we do best. We’ve felt the extra burden of managing too
many aspects of the business this year, and one of those aspects is the retail
store.

As of January 1, 2026, our retail store will be
permanently closed. Although this is an end for this aspect of our
business, we are excited about the extra time and attention we will have in
2026 to product creation and supporting our wholesale accounts.

Don’t worry, we will still be at our usual summer
farmer’s markets in 2026! Our online store is also always available, and as
accessible as we can make it with free shipping over $45.

WE ARE STILL OPEN for December and have tons of pasta and ravioli (as well as
some GREAT discounts on pre-wrapped holiday gift boxes) in our store!

CLOSED 12/26 & 27
for the holidays
