Rainbow Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package of Dalla Terra Garden Rainbow Fusilli
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1 cup of Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning


Directions:

  • Prepare the Garden Rainbow Fusilli according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain and run under cold water. Pour into a large bowl and set aside. 
  • Wash all, then cut all the vegetables into ½ inch pieces and add to the bowl of pasta. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Add the Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
