About the Owners, Liam and Kithara Connolly

Neither of us knew that we were going to become pasta makers and small business owners one day, but here we are!

In 2019, we were dealing with the illness of a family member that led us to move from our corporate jobs in Milwaukee to Appleton. We didn’t know what was in store for us at the time. Through every step of the way, our love for family has kept us going. Not falling too far behind is our love for food, which made it a natural fit as we found ourselves part of Dalla Terra Pasta. Cyndi was a large reason for our love of food, inspiring and loving us with many home-cooked meals. That is why she began Dalla Terra Pasta, and that is why we are honored to continue her work.
