When picking up your order, please provide the full name under which the order was placed.
TERMS: Orders can only be picked up at our store during the hours listed above. Deadline for Pre-Orders is Thursday at 2PM to be ready for pickup that week. If you do not pick up your order, you may forfeit your right to the ravioli, or you may be given the option to pick it up the following week. Orders are non-refundable. All of the varieties of ravioli from Dalla Terra are delicious, but the Sweet Corn Jalapeño is among our family's favorite. They taste like summer, pasta edition. I prepared these in our cast iron with brown butter and garnished with fresh basil and a squeeze of lemon; life changing. Fresh pasta is in a league of it's own, and if you haven't pan-fried them before- wow, wow, wow. They're crunchy and toasty (and absolutely delicious.) A warning: do not walk away from the stove, they toast up faster than you may think.. (but are still delicious, even when they're burnt; because of novice Beth.) You'll wish you had bought more, they're fabulous and oh-so-tasty. A simple dish, a grand design, sweet corn and spice, a taste divine.
Really enjoyed how smooth these special raviolis were while eating them. Very tender and balanced flavor.
I absolutely love all of your homemade pastas, however, my favorite are the smoked mozzarella and the 5 cheeses ravioli. Simply the best. They are delicious with just a light tomato sauce or lightly sautéed in the pan in butter,
