It was packaged pretty well, as some other reviewers have said, but there were a few broken noodles. I made both a savory version, using the creamy mushroom and rosemary recipe card it came with, and a dessert version, with chocolate ganache. Straight out of the pot, the flavor was really mild with only a slight bitterness. It was barely perceptible with the mushroom sauce, as most of the flavor came from the sauce, which was still pretty good. I may prefer the dessert version, as it was closer to what I was expecting out of it.
Arrived early and in pristine condition. Can't wait to try the pasta. Been looking at recipes for sauces. Thanks!
I'm so excited to try all these delicious pastas! My New Year's Resolution is to try as many shapes, flavors, and dishes of pastas as I can, so I am so excited to try these delicious flavors. They were packaged so well, not a single noodle broke!
Great product and shipped timely
I was blown away with the quality of this product and especially the superior packaging and shipping. I work for the USPS and was concerned about dry pasta being shipped. Have no fear these guys are perfectionists in the packing department. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
