Red - Vine-Ripened Organic Tomato Paste
Orange - Wisconsin-Grown Organic Italian Sweet Peppers
Yellow - Saffron, World's Most Expensive Spice
Green - Wisconsin-Grown Organic Spinach
Blue - Exotic Butterfly Pea Flower Petals
Purple - Wisconsin-Grown Organic Roasted Beets
Recipe Suggestions: Best made as a cold pasta salad, or simply with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Very versatile - pair with tomato sauce, cream sauce, meat, seafood, vegetables, or as a mac-and-cheese.
Ingredients: Semolina, Durum Wheat (niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Park Ridge Organics (Spinach, Beets, Italian Sweet Peppers), Organic Tomato Paste, Butterfly Pea Flower Petals, Organic Paprika, Organic Annatto Seed, Whole Saffron, Italian Sea Salt
Cooking Instructions: Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add pasta. Boil gently for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Cook to desired tenderness. Drain and serve immediately.
