• 1 Mild Italian Sausage Link from Jacob's Meat Market, 7-8 oz.
• Wisconsin Feta Cheese
• Choice of Side: Mixed Salad or Sourdough Loaf

• 1 Pint Gelato (choice of flavor)

• Wooden spoon for stirring
• Thermometer for testing sausage
